Our mission is to help people fall in love with justice so that they are empowered, encouraged, and equipped to commit to deep antiracist, justice-centered, equity-advancing work. Our approach is not limited to experts, friends. We strive to create a safe, radically inclusive environment so that anyone and everyone can be part of the beloved communities we engender and curate. Put simply, even if you are unsure of where to begin, you are welcome here with us. We aim to act as a catalyst for positive change by amplifying the efforts of people and organizations that are already invested in equity work and for folks that are new to it, through community building, facilitating difficult conversations, and providing strategic clarity.
