Jade Kanui Roque

Jade Kanui Roque is and does many things, but she is a student of life, daughter/sister, and community member first. An Experience Designer and Boutique Project & Program Manager, she has helped entrepreneurs, organizations & agencies, and local small businesses manifest their goals and ideas across the country for the last decade. A Bay Area Native and University of Washington graduate, she holds a BA in Community Psychology, with a published research proposal to study the effects of climate change-induced existential concerns on young adults. While her strengths are in planning and preparation, the best things in life are often received through faith and this has been made more fervently true in her work with IDEAL and Rooted in Love. Since 2021, Jade has occupied a role as Fellow and Senior Fellow/TA for the IDEAL Fellowship and now partners with Rooted in Love to ground equity and love in educational spaces. Her hope is to deepen the scope of her equity work and dive into sustainability and industry transformation, building holistically good systems to improve the quality of life for marginalized and underserved communities.
