Nekaycha Cavil

Nekaycha has experienced an immense amount of adversities and struggles and longed for someone to extend a helping hand. Now she is in the position to extend her hand of help and expertise to other emerging entrepreneurs and business owners to help bridge the gap and she’s so excited for this fulfilling and beautiful opportunity.  

Nekaycha grew up in Memphis, TN, and then moved to Washington State at a young age. She started her cleaning business at the age of 9 and later transitioned into administration and being a Fashion Stylist. Nekaycha has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Norfolk State University in Norfolk, VA and in Fall 2022 she will have an Associate of Applied Science degree in Accounting along with certifications in Entrepreneurship, Computerized Accounting, and Tax Preparation From Tacoma Community College. She has over 20 years of experience collectively in Administration, Accounting, Retail, and Customer Service. Nekaycha has helped small business owners to establish strategic implementation and processes in company collaboration, team building, onboarding, and daily administrative tasks. In her free time, Nekaycha likes to travel, eat good food, and partake in adventurous activities (zip lining, rock climbing, etc.) 

Nekaycha is the CEO and head designer of a size-inclusive Modest Fashion Brand called Kaycha C (kay-sha-cee), where we deem “modesty as the new sexy.” Her brand will sell timeless and trendy clothing with a tailored fit. The mission and vision are to dismantle the social constructs around body image and identity and to restore and establish positive self-esteem worldwide. Nekaycha has plans of opening her own consulting firm and a publishing company where she will self-publish her own books centered on “the matters of the heart” and healing with a practical approach.
